Not Happy at all....On Aug 3…
Not Happy at all....On Aug 3 2023...order a product and was billed and it's never shown up. Must be Scam Company. Now to call the Credit Card Company !!!!

On your order confirmation, it looks like you chose Local Dallas Delivery which created an issue in the system. Don’t worry! I can get the order shipped to you. However, due to high demand the product is currently out of stock. We hope to have more in the next week or 2. Would you like to wait for the restock and we will get it shipped out at that time or we can issue a refund if you do not want to wait. Please let us know. Thank you!

prompt and helpful response, solved problems I didn't even know I had
Melody sent an extremely prompt response to my help request and answered my questions clearly and helpfully. Not only that, but when an additional outstanding issue was identified, Melody didn't merely inform me of it but took initiative to resolve the problem in my best interests.

There was a problem with my order - it didn't arrive.
There was a problem with my order - it didn't arrive. I contacted Health Central and recieved a quick response from Melody. She was friendly and very helpful. A replacement was sent and arrived within a few days! It was a great experience - thanks Melody!
