The measure of a company is how it handles complaints. This company is top tier. I am glad to have been a customer of Health Central USA.

I placed an order on September 8th. Received an immediate email that my order was received and being processed and my credit card was charged. It’s now September 20th, and I still have not received my order or any response to my email. Am I out $70? Is there a phone number to contact this company? I wish I had done more research before ordering. Given all the negative reviews, this appears to be a scam. Why are they not being prosecuted?

Excellent prices and exceptional customer service.

I placed an order and have yet to receive the item. Sent an email as that is the only way to contact them. Still no response. Wondering if I was scammed!

The product was no longer available for shipment, so they processed a refund very promptly. Super impressed with their readiness to do what seems right by the customer! ☺
