I was having trouble with my credit card and called customer service and they helped me place my order. very low wait time and the rep i spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I was pleased with the tens unit and it gave me new life relatively free of pain for about two days. The second day of use, however, it quit working suddenly. I tried it with new batteries and read several times all the information that came with it, but found no answers. I felt that I was teased with the system working for just about five hours. After I found no answers to the problem I contacted Biomedical Life Systems, Inc. to tell them of the situation. They likewise seemed to be puzzled and finally told me to return the unit to them to make adjustment by repair or replacing. I have tried to keep in touch with the company but had to be gone several days. On my return here the unit has not yet been returned to me. I called two times today to find if there is a problem in sending it, but was unable to make contact with the person I last talked to. Since I was to be gone several days over the past weekend I had previously requested that the unit not be delivered here while there was no one to accept it. It may be on the way now, but as I have not been able to contact the right party, I am not sure. I truly want it soon and working at its best. I hope that it arrives soon as I want to be able to cut back on my pain pills while receiving help from the tens unit. Maybe you can help me out with this.
