Got the item I needed and fast. Wish their tracking service was better and there was a customer service phone number though.

I’m returning 3 sets of scrubs due to material. I work in the southwest and you can imagine it’s gets very hot. They were to think. Yesterday I sent them back via FedEx It would have been nice if you had a return label with a pre paid shipping

I decided to order from Healthcare Supply Pros because their prices were competitive and they were offering a "free shipping" promotion. I was pleased with the promptness with which I received my order. Though I did have a concern about the expiration date on an economy-sized product, they were able to address it to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to order from Healthcare Supply Pros in the future, but may try to get some information about shelf-life in advance.

Prices are good but the company doesn't give you any way of easily checking order status. Every time I tried to call customer service I was directed to a voice mail. I would say that in today's day and age they are a little behind the times. However, once my item did ship, shipment was very fast and nice.

There should not be a restocking fee when items are exchanged. I can understand a return but when items are exchanged for size the customer should be charged.

I purchased a nebulizer and another small item from Healthcare Supply Pros. I received the nebulizer on the schedule they promised, but have not received the other item yet, which was unrelated to the nebulizer. Overall, the cost, free shipping, makes me amenable to recommending this company.

The inscription should have read ; blood thinners or Heart patient. I really need to return it, but don't know how.
