Great product and quick delivery

First time customer - Ordering was easy online - confirmation came almost immediately - product delivered as ordered and on time Worked with customer service online as I made a minor mistake with address to be delivered, they worked with carrier to fix and deliver to my doorstep Fantastic organization and customer service

I ordered 6 boxes of medline stainless steel #10 blades on 5/8/24 with shipping time of 4-5 days. $227. 26. I have left over a dozen voicemail messages. One of the contact numbers is out of service & the other just goes to an automated message saying they are not available. I was trying to contact them to confirm that the manufacturer was indeed Medline & to see when my items would ship. After a week with no response, i used their email that is connected directly to their website. On Friday 5/17 i received an email stating “ticket received” and I would get a response in 24 hours. After a couple more days i clicked on the ticket link and it says ticket closed, I proceeded to send another email stating i still haven’t gotten any correspondence from their company. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of communication & believe i have been scammed.

Tried contacting the company multiple times because I have yet to receive an order confirmation or shipping information but was charged over a week ago. Still hasn’t responded to any emails. Phone line is disconnected. This is an extremely sketchy website. Do not order from them.

Ordered the wrong ones- wanted to exchange for the correct ones but I can’t find anywhere on the site to do so and it looks like there’s a crazy fee just to exchange

Products were exactly what I ordered and they arrived quickly and in excellent condition.
