I called 4-5 times and left a message with their 800 number. I also emailed 2x to let company know I needed them to send a different size scrub pant. I, to this day, have never received a response and they sent the wrong size pants. Now I have to return them and reship etc. Prompt shipment, good product, terrible support.

Website is easy to browse thru and checkout is simple and easy. I paid $13 extra for express shipping because it was somthing I needed soon but 5days later its still not here even tho I got a email saying it was processed and shipped out the next day. Today is Sunday so I kno I won't get it today but I could of paid standard shipping for this. Btw had to go out n buy what I ordered at a store since package didn't arrive.
