Hi Liz,for all our costumers the system works perfectly as you can see from all our reviews, no one complaint. The reason for your issues could be the gadget that you used(small screen) or if it was your phone maybe you were keeping vertically and in this case the information is now shown on full screen. On our website it shows how to keep the phone if it's used for these courses.Also,our team is always happy to help everyone, you should just call/text us.We are the only one assisting our costumers from 10am till 10pm 7 days a week to make sure that everyone is getting our help if needed. Sorry that you didn't appreciate that and you didn't require our help. Kind Regards
