Good luck getting certs from them, they will send you back and forward and refuse to issue them to individuals if you undertook training whilst employed.

Complete waste of time some of the courses, especially the manual handling. They talk about so much that is not needed then ask question on modules that haven’t even been mentioned in the module. Absolutely waste of time wouldn’t recommend.

As the owner of a construction company, several of my workers attended courses provided by this company. During a recent inspection by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA), I was informed that all certificates issued by SafetyCoursesOnline.ie are fake. The HSA confirmed that this company is not accredited to provide courses and has reported them to the Garda/Police for investigation. This is a serious issue that could result in significant problems for businesses relying on these certifications. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and choose a legitimate provider instead.

Paid for a course which I was informed had no expiration date to complete. Return a month later, no access to course. Multiple attempts to contact them with zero response, not even a confirmation of receipt of email! 3 months on now, will be approaching Stripe for a refund! Don’t waste your time with this service provider!

I recently participated in a manual handling course provided by Dublin Safety Training (DST) and was left disappointed and concerned by several aspects of the training and customer service. Firstly, the course content was heavily focused on UK laws and regulations, which are not applicable to our work context in Dublin, Ireland. Adhering to local Irish (European) regulations is crucial for our practices, and the misalignment of the course content significantly diminished its relevance and applicability to our team. This oversight is not only unhelpful but also puts us at risk of non-compliance with local laws. Secondly, my attempts to address these concerns directly with DST via email have been met with silence, which is disheartening and unprofessional. Customer feedback and concerns should be acknowledged and addressed promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction. Additionally, the lack of transcripts for the video content hindered our understanding and retention of the information presented. Accessibility in training, such as providing transcripts or subtitles, is vital to ensure that all participants can comprehend and engage with the content effectively. Due to the severity of these issues, I have raised these concerns with the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) to seek further guidance and ensure that our team receives accurate, relevant, and legally compliant training in manual handling. I hope that future participants find this review helpful and that DST takes the necessary steps to improve their course content, customer service, and accessibility to prevent such issues in the future.

Course was quick and easy but I received persistent messages after which chastised me for not writing a review. It seems they really need reviews which worries me. It may not even be legit but did the trick for me to get on site. They then threatened to cancel my certificate which again would ead me to think it's a scam.
