Easy to set up and add employees for testing. Got a personal phone call when one employee attempted to alter their specimen. That alone was worth it.

I had never sent an employee for a drug test. I found them on line and it was very easy to set up. I made a mistake in my employees last name, I called them up and they fixed immediately. My employee went in for a test on Wednesday just before Christmas. I received the result on Saturday. This was made such an easy process because of their technology and professionalism.

The customer service was excellent. I had sent an employee to one location and they were closed. Customer service was kind enough to send my employee to another location so we did not have to wait and get them tested at a later date. They sent me new forms for the new location immediately.

Such a easy way to get drug testing done. Results were back by Monday.
