This site provides me with a way to get drug screens completed for new hires anywhere in the country. Makes my job so much easier!

I was not able to make it back to my home state in time to get a dot random drug test. I called them and they worked with me to find a facility to take care of my testing needs.

Overall satisfied. Customer support was a little short during a conversation I had with them.

Quick in and out and they didn't put you on a time frame to be there.

1st go around was a rough one, but they turned it around for us and made it work and got us our instant results.

When I called to request for the 5 panel pre employment screening the individual I spoke to said they were accepting in person patience when the new applicant arrived only to find out they were not. So I had to call back to reschedule to another facility that was accepting in person patience. The day I both pre-employment screening I needed an appt for a sat appt and when the employee arrived on Sat. Then were closed because they aren't on Sat. Which resulted in them both wasting their time and gas.

It went great, received an email when my employee arrived as well as an estimated time of when the results would arrive. Received them the same day, very happy with the service.

I would have given 5 but, there account set up process is long and difficult. However, once that is set up it is easy to set up new hires for testing and have them carried out. Wait time on a drug test was about 36 hrs.
