Never using this company again 👎 Took 3 weeks to get results and customer service was condescending and took no responsibility. Too many other companies to use.

I had setup several 5-panel drug screenings for my employees at your Franklin Street location in Oakland California and when my employees showed up the location was closed, we were then forced to complete the drug screenings another day causing a delay in my project. Then after speaking with a Health Street customer service rep he switched the locations for me but when my employees showed up to the new location the clinic could not put up the barcode that was sent to my employees causing another delay for me and costing me more money because my employees are paid hourly! I will never use them again!!!!

How many times do I have to contact you to spell my last name correctly?

Test was cancelled, I'm told, because your sample collector waiting too long to submit the sample and it spoiled. Now you want us to pay again for a second test ????????????

Clinic that y’all have on your system wasn’t accepting HealthStreet. Had to turn around and pay cash for transaction. Called HealthStreet and they said that they apologize but they can’t refund either. 🤦‍♂️ pathetic service

I called Health Street for assistance setting up an account so that my business could send employees for drug testing and was given a location (Quest Miami Beach) to go to and told "this location allows people to stop by any time between 7am and 2:30pm as long as they have the text message with an access/bar code." Okay simple enough. One of my employees is sent the automatic text after I set him up and told to stop by at any time. He goes to the location (he does not have a car - bus or uber at 7:30am about 25 minutes from his home) only to arrive and the location tell him you need to schedule an appointment. We don't take walk-ins. He responds "Okay - can you set me up with an appointment?" I call Health Street again and try to let someone know about the situation and ask if they are aware the Miami Beach location doesn't take appointments. "Oh no I'm working from home in New York I wouldn't know about that." Okay so for this location, it seems I need to make an appointment. Since I'm doing all of this through you guys, can you help me set up an appointment? "No we don't set up your appointments for you." But this location needs an appointment so how could I do that? "You would need to contact the location directly." Great - do you have a phone number or website to contact them? "NO" Okay what is your name? "My name?" Yes, just want to know who I am speaking to. "My name is Miss Jame" I asked her to spell it for me but I still think I got it incorrectly unless she introduces herself as "Miss" like a Kindergarten teacher. She was rude, uninformed, and unhelpful. This is will be the last service that we purchase from Health Street.

I have requested a refund of legal DNA testing 5 times via email and 7 times via phone call. i haven't received an email acknowledging my request or giving me a call back regarding my issue. In addition to this review i have submitted a formal complaint with the BBB.
