Awesome service and communication.

I work for a company that needed to get a potential employee drug tested. I got him all set up online. Very easy process. The one problem I had is that when you do sign them up to do a drug test it does not tell you if the place you signed up for, you have to make mandatory appointments. This was the case in my situation and they did not have an appt for our potential employee until the 23rd. I called the Healthstreet number and let the rep know what was going on and he immediately gave me the next nearest location that he was told take walk ins and I was able to get them in. Super helpful!

I had an employee that was suspected of smoking marijuana. I contacted Health Street to set up an account with my company. Once everything was in place the staff went to Health Street /Lab Corp to have the test completed. I received emails through out the process to keep me informed of the status of the staff test. The results were sent to me in a timely manner and very professional. Thank you for a job well done.
