As an employer we had the worst experience with Health Street and almost lost an employee over it. 1st they set up the wrong type of drug screen and made us pay for a 2nd one that they threw away, but never communicated that there were any issues with it under 2 weeks went by and I had to call and find out that way. Ryan Blocher was less than helpful and was very rude. I'm still waiting for a response on a refund.

We had DS that took 3 weeks and 2 days to be reported. This is unacceptable. I would call for updates. One day a supervisor told me to quit calling and just wait for the results.

DONT RELY ON THEM FOR HR USE! Took an employee for her incident related drug screening, two weeks later still no results. Called both companies and they wont release the results of drug test until the employee calls them to go over the results. Very bizarre, I've worked in HR for 12 years and I've never NOT gotten the results back. They used HIPAA as the reason, but employees waive HIPAA (in regard to the substances tested for) when they agree to a drug test as a contingency of employment. I'm pretty sure Health Street and DRS are a scam. At the very least saying that you get results in 5-7 days is absolutely not true. They keep using 3rd party companies as a way to not answer questions, and tack more time onto the timeline for results.

I paid $250 for 2 of my employees for the instant drug test. It took 4 days to get result. We had to change to other place to do the same test. We got the result right away. Only $40/each. Horrible experience!! Dont go there if you are in any urgent situations.

The service I received has been absolutely awful when I have called to follow up about timing. One representative I spoke with was dismissive and downright rude. He eventually just put me on hold and never came back, I waited about 20 minutes before giving up and just trying to contact the lab directly.
