When I tried to book a Pulmonary test I was unable to get all the options I needed in 1 gruop. I had to call to set up all the proper testing.

Great experience working with health street. They made things really easy and simple. I liked being notified that the drug screen my employee did had been completed and the results were sent to me the next day. Only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars, was the price. I felt it was a little high for a drug screen in comparison to most others. But other then that, they were great.

Waiting to be placed on monthly billing rather than paying by Cre3dit Card for each service. Thank you.
