3 weeks still not test results

Still waiting on results from March 1 and today is March 17. So slow.

Drug Test took over 3 weeks to get results back, hours spent on the phone waiting for results and no one, NO ONE was helpful. I had a woman laugh at me on the other end of the phone for asking why a test would take so long when they claim it takes 2-7 days for results. NEVER using this company again.

I had a candidate take a drug test through Health street. This the advertising: Negative test result you are contacted within 48 hours, positive test result you are contacted within 3-5 business days. My candidate tested on 2/15/22, it is now 3/10/22 and I still have not been given any results. Obviously, lost the future employee, very poor customer service and living up to their own standards. Will never use Health Street again. And I paid 75.00 for these fast test results.

Not a good experience at all.

This company is a scam!! I paid a additional $25 for my levels and never received it. Every week I was given every excuse on retrieving my levels. I was hung up on or they stop picking up when they seen my number, I called from a different number and that's when I was able to speak to someone again about my levels. After a week and half about my levels not being sent in, I just wanted a refund. I was told I had to email app@health-streetin order to request a refund. They get 0 stars from me.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was quoted 3-5 business days for test results. It's been 9 business days and still no test results. Called to try and get the company's money back and was denied.
