representatives they always have a bad attitude

Can be slow in getting the results posted. Also very expensive.

The customer service is outstanding, but the prices are a good bit higher than average.

I love the testing portion of Health Street - I feel like I can trust it. I hate the customer service. I have had to call them numerous times and they seem to have little structure there. Some employees tell me they aren't allowed to do things and other employees tell me they can do it. They don't speak very professionally to you either. Lastly, they say any unused tests can be rolled over and used later - you get a lifetime credit. This applies until they decide it doesn't. I was told that I could not keep the credit, but when asked for the policy in writing stating that I was told I "could go online and find it myself" because customer service couldn't find it.

Too much time from initial to final disposition. I was told 24/48 hours for a negative screen. Mine took over 5 days

Location choices have been limited and the Quantiferon Gold TB test is no longer an option to order.
