We still haven't received results from a test we sent an employee in for on 5/18/22. It is now 6/15/22! Will never use this service again!

No refunds on at-home kits please be aware. On 5/26 I ordered an at home paternity test. I learned that my girlfriend had already ordered and received a different one so I contacted heath street's customer support to ask for a refund because I didn't need it anymore and I also haven't even received the test kit yet and its been almost 2 weeks since it has been ordered. When I got ahold of support I was met with a short exchange of generic answers saying they cant refund but they can give a credit. I told them I dont need a credit and it should be simple to refund seeing how I haven't gotten anything yet and they haven't rendered any sort of service so far. When I said this they simply just stopped responding. So at this point I've basically just handed over $350 to them and will eventually receive an envelope of 3 fancy useless cotton swabs. So thanks I guess.

I did not know your business model would be to send my number to dozens of providers that would call months after I took care of business. Your marketing gives the impression that I can look right on the market and choose someone. Painful. I wish I never heard of Health Street.

Went to Health Street to schedule a drug test for a potential employee. Paid a MUCH higher cost compared to what we normally pay for our regular company in Long Beach, but since this company was closer, thought we'd try them. L.B. company would provide reports showing actual levels of drugs, and even corresponded with us when levels were really off. This is what we'd expect from a testing laboratory. With Health Street, it took seven days to get the results. Fine, but then they wouldn't release them to us until they spoke with the person being tested first. Was told this was because the tests were positive for substances. Okay. However, when we finally did get the report, it only had "positive" on specific substances, but didn't say how much or little as we'd seen on previous drug testing reports. If someone shows small traces of a drug, then there may be a reason. However, if it shows levels that are off the scale, then that's different. Health Street refused to speak with us about it and said if we wanted levels, it would cost us more money. What?? Really not a good experience.

Very disappointed and highly frustrated with this company in getting DNA results. It will be a year in 4 days that I have contacted them, We provided our information and they set up an appointment for my son and told them the wrong place to go Then we had to send samples for my deceased grandbaby and it came back inconclusive because there was to many other DNA's and they couldn't figure out who's was who's. That should have been a trigger for me at that point but we were all very distraught over the murder of him so we sent in other requested samples. They lost it (I was told that there was nothing in the envelope, but over time I guess that it mysteriously appeared and was in testing. I have been following up on trying to get the results (they did not keep me abreast on anything that was happening in the testing) I have received one excuse after another with no results, One wouldn't believe the excuses that I have heard. They took my $850 on day one and the 15th it will be a year and still nothing from them. I would not by any means suggest this company and really wish that there was more I could do about my disapproval with them. I can't imagine a company of this magnitude would have an A+ rating with the BBB. _

It takes way too long to get results...

We asked for a SPECIFIC test and needed results STAT because of a possible exposure. We had to wait the entire weekend til Monday when the result was ready Friday!

Won't use again cit took way too long to get results back over a week.
