Flawless service

We need to have this service in many locations and Health Street made this an easy process and so nice to have the information needed in one spot to go back and reference.

The set up of the on-site test was easy and they showed up the day of the test and were done within a little over an hour for 21 employees. The only thing I can say that was miscommunicated was that our results took 8 days instead of 24 to 72 hours and we still don't have all the results.

Great communication in being able to send info to employee to get an appointment set. Also, to be able to pay directly online and get notified of results via email and easy access through the portal.
