very good program but the staff not really friendly

The team is always helpful and responsive when calling. This company still has a one on one with team members, Not the ai as some companies have went to. This company I do highly recommend this company. There very good at what they do. Thank you

The ease of setting up an account and our potential employee getting an appointment quickly was wonderful.

Very easy to setup screenings and efficiency in communicating with the new hire with information on where to report for the screening.

Fast turn around time. Only complaint I had was that the first site I sent my client to said they didn't do testing for them anymore (it was a hair test), but the central office said they did. Fortunately, there was another site intown and the client was able to get the test done that day (that was the reason for the 1 star deduction). Price was reasonable I thought.

The experience is good. I like the ease of creating and scheduling screening. My only negative is the length of time it takes to get positive results.
