communication is good, but the reporting takes way to long. We do our own patient urine drug screens which take no more than 24-96 hours regardless of results. This has been 5 days already!

Being able to order online with so many choices of locations and having the ability for applicants to walk in at their leisure is convenient. Having those applicants wait two to four hours to urinate in a cup is astonishing. The turn around time of almost two weeks is also a bit dissapointing. The truth is we need to move faster than this to meet our obligations. Otherwise the staff and billing options are what we need.

The online registration is super easy. However, I had to call customer service regarding one of our potential new hires, Ryan Calton. He was registered and went to the location only to find a note on the door stating due to COVID they were closed but to call the number they posted. Our new hire called the number they had posted on the door and rescheduled for another location, over an hour away. He went to the second location and was told they don't do pre-employment drug screenings. He then called me and I called the Health Street Customer Service #. The gal I spoke with, I think her name was Mishay, was curt, bordering on rude. She informed me that all of their locations do drug testing and are open even though I gave her all of the information stated on the location's door. She felt the need to argue with me for some reason even though our potential employee was standing at the door of the lab. She finally re-registered him for another location but, I told her she needs to work on her customer service skills.

it seems like the testing process is taking longer then it was when we started

Not a very user friendly website and although they are our TPA for fmcsa Clearinghouse no information is made available on their website to view anything they have done within FMCSA Clearinghouse.

The medical facility performing the test acted as ordering the test through health street was irelavent . Required tester to give full medical application , medical Hx and medical insurance info along with SS#. I was lead to believe this was a easy in and out test site, it took over an hour. Then to top all that, information of the results had to be approved by the person being tested to be given to the person that ordered the test !

I am sure they are a good service overall. My experience and the employees experience was good. My issue was that I was awaiting the results and when I finally checked I got an email back stating that the results were posted online 7 days prior. I never received a notification that they were ready and I assumed they would be sent to me (as I receive from some other companies). Dan

Hi Dan, I'm sorry you didn't get a notification when the results were initially posted. I do see in our system that the email was sent automatically to inform you as soon as the results came through, but sometimes these automated "results-posted" emails go to junk or spam, especially if it was the first time you used us. In any event, we take your feedback seriously and we appreciate it! Jared

I have to keep calling to follow up on where my pre-employment test results are so I can hire my driver, costing me $ every day. Been 8 business days. HS does not keep track of these delays proactively.
