Not helpful when we requested documents

I only have 10 employees so my ratio on random is basically 4 Randoms a year, you need to constantly change your random pool status on their website or they pick 2 Employees every month and bill you Automatically for randoms you are not required to do, my ratio in a year would be 200% !!! I did question this but was told they wouldn’t do that and would keep with my ratio but sadly they do not and just pick 2 every month! So they are easy to use but if your small and don’t want to be billed $160 every month for tests YOU do not need you’ll need to uncheck employees and then go in a few months check all again to get random! So yea annoying!

The tech was rude and unprofessional- the wait was long and no one at the facility seemed happy.

I was in a hurry to get done. After looking afterwards they were double the price, I just as other local providers. I'm OK with a little mark up for service, but $50 is a little too much. I wouldn't use this service again

Overpriced and waited a long time to get my results.

We needed to order a background check, drug test, and PA DMV Report for a van driver that my firm is hiring. The drug test process was outstanding. The test was ordered right away, the applicant got is test taken that day, and we got the results within a few days. For the background checks, it was a nightmare. I had to call customer service several times, and most times they didn't get back to me. It wasn't until I threatened with wanting a refund that they did contact the background check company that they use and I got the results. The DMV driver records check was even more of a nightmare, and I still haven't gotten the results back almost a month later. After a few weeks, they told me that there was a special form that I had to send the the DMV in PA. The form had to be notorized and then mailed the Health Street's background check company. I still haven't gotten the results back. We had to hire the driver anyway on the condition of the results. Our firm does not plan to use this company again.

All staff has no customer skills, they see people lost or in line, and they don't assist them or guide them at all. It seems as if they hated there job, your staff really needs to have more training in customer service skills. For appointment like us they have jobs.
