Over charged for drug screen

Went well except they sent me to a location that does not exist anymore. They were able to relocate at another location

Always great service only thing is I question you when they say rapid test and it never comes back and they always have to send it to the shop. Cost the same price so really doesn’t make a difference. Just makes us wait more days.

Good customer service, even on a Saturday. Helped me set up a company account very easily.

Used for pre-employment applicant screening. Pros: Very easy online access for employers. Extensive network of facilities. Great communication from Health Street to Employer. Cons: Applicant told on phone no need for appointment. Arrived at facility and was told lab closed at 1:00pm. Applicant was frustrated and Health Street staff did help applicant to locate another lab close for testing same day.
