My employee applicant had to wait almost an hour and a half for his urine drug test. I was disappointed by that.

I like the automatic system of sending the authorization to the employee's phone but the lack of updates without us personally reaching out is frustrating. We had to discover for ourselves why the test was delayed.

The results took longer than I had anticipated as I paid for the quick test. I felt like I should have received them in the 2-5 day window as mentioned originally but I got them on the 7th biz day. The quality of the results was good though.

The actual test was very easy for my candidate. The only issue we had is I was told no appointment was needed. When he got there he was told otherwise. It was a 30 minute drive for him prior to work so it was very inconvienent for him to have to than set an appt.

Can’t ever get someone to answer the phone or mostly return emails

I just wish there a few more choices in locations. When we first started using health street we could use a facility down the road from us. Physicals Immediate Care which was get and now the last year we can’t use them. Which is really inconvenient.

Setting up the online request is easy, the text bar code is convenient. The location of clinics outside the bigger WI cities is very limited. Hours of those clinics for collecting samples is limited 8am - 4pm, some clinics are 9am - 2pm, this is hard for many people to meet. Wait time for a 5 panel urine test is 3-5 days from collection to results.

This was for a 5 panel instant drug test. It took 4 business days. I use a company that does it and I get feedback in about 15 min at 2/3s the cost.
