Very slow process...almost 3 weeks and still no results?!

Scheduling everything was easy, however once we sent everyone for their random instant panel and 12-panel, the facility that we were sent to informed us that they do not do instant drug screenings. So we've paid for three screenings we haven't used at this point. Then, when I called to inquire why we were scheduled and charged for a facility that could not complete the tests, I was told that person would look into it. When I asked if they would call me back, I was told "we don't do that". Additionally, when our supervisor drove up to the facility, one of our employees was outside the facility after they checked in. In order to conduct effective random drug testing, participants should not be allowed to be outside the facility until a sample is provided or they refuse to test. We will not be using Health Street in the future. Very disappointed with how everything was handled, except Ryan. He was fantastic during scheduling.

Health Street is very expensive, but they used to return results quickly. This time it took nearly a week. Unacceptable! I will be actively searching for another company to administer this work.

The process took too long, and when called to inquired, the person stated that they will make the call and get back shortly. That person did not follow through, and i had to call again (and was promised the same, and again, did not follow through with any call). Disappointed!

The test was administered April 30, and I was only able to receive results today (May 10). In addition, the step of confirming prescribed medications was not previewed, and the notification of that requirement was sent on a Saturday (non-business day). Overall, the process is too cumbersome to be practically useful. While I appreciate the confidentiality, I found another local lab that could process the sample in 1 hr, give me the results the next day, and only charge $30. I will be using them going forward.

We joined Health Street so that our few employees would not have to get tested so frequently. At least one employee is picked every other month, it seems. We feel that Health Street makes money through sending someone for testing, so we are now looking for a company that charges a flat fee for the year - that way they won't be motivated to pick for testing more often than is required.

I had to have a cdl driver DOT random drug screen. I selected & paid for this drug screen. When we obtained the results, it was not a DOT drug screen but an employment screen. I even called first for instructions on navigating the the online appointment & payment.

I don't receive a response when connecting with our rep, and when I get an e-mail confirmation of a test being completed I have a blank screen that says no reports available?
