This whole process was crazy. Went to the lab and got blood drawn on the 25 of October. Was told if it was positive that it would take 2-5 business days for results. I called numerous times from 11/6 through 11/8/23 only to be told that they would send an email to the MRO dept and someone would get back to me. No response!!! Finally spoke to someone this morning that said our employee who we sent for the test would have to call them and then they would release the resluts. This I didnt understand since we the employer sent him for this why would our employee have to call you to get the results relaeased to me??? Just very disappointed with the whold situation and we will not be using your company going forward.

Tried to call to get my test results, only to get a voicemail over and over. Called customer care, got a rude woman with a horrible attitude who claims she’s the manager. Gave me the MRO’s number, who told me I had to call Health Street to get results. Called them again and a very polite man told me to call back in an hour. I did, and once again encountered the nasty manager who told me she already gave me the number to call and kept talking over me repeatedly while I tried to explain that I already talked to the MRO and they told me to contact Health Street. Finally was passed along to a higher up, who told me the results would be emailed when ready (despite being told I needed to call back to get them). Horrible system and all around horrible experience from start to finish, I would never recommend using them for any type of testing.

The representative Drew was rude during my follow up call with your company. There was an error made with the Chain of Custody and the candidate was told that they didn't need to retake a test that was cancelled. We were told we should have called Health Street when we should have been notified by Health Street. I believe we should have received better customer service.

Getting results from your company is very difficult. Every time I call, I get a different answer and after I hang up the answer is incorrect. The last time I called the person on the other end was very rude and condescending. I would suggest that your company give test results with in the 2-5 business days as stated. Also, your customers should not have to spend over a week trying to run down the results with no avail.

Rude. So, rude. Kept interrupting and talking over me, as I tried to explain the reason for the test. She ended the call and hung up on me because I kept trying to finish telling her why I was calling at all. Tried quoting $850 for the test…..yes….I had many many more questions with that price…..she did not want to hear them or answer them. Almost $1000 is a LOT of money. FYI..….There are several OTHER testing facilities that offer waaay better customer service.

They lied the test they did on my step daughter could not hold up in course because they FELLED TO TELL US THAT THE LEVELS WOULD COULD BE SO HIGH YOU COULD DO WHATEVER AND STILL PASS THE SONE DAMN TECT $1@@@!! Y’all are sry people who scan and lie!

I have been waiting for pre-employment drug test results for 17 days. Every time I call, I keep getting the run around as it was sent in late to the lab. It takes 5 business days to receive the results. Now its we haven't released the consent form for the lab to process the results. The driver should have been ready to go 2 weeks ago. This has become the biggest joke for a drug facility I have ever seen.

I ordered a drug and alcohol test, but only received results for drugs?? I also never received confirmation that the employee went to the location for testing. Barcode was never scanned?? Challenging first try of your service.
