I sent an employee to a location and she was rejected from their stated they don't do pre-employment drug screening, A bit embarrassing for a new employee and waste their time. Recommendation locations online are updated to accept what is stated.

Signing up for the Random DOT pool was not very clear. When I first inquired with the company I was told to do everything online. Having thought all required information was submitted, I called wondering why I was never billed for the services. Talking to customer support, I was able to pay for the services and then was guided on how to set up employees and told what further steps were required.

The girls that work there can really use some customer service training. They are not very friendly. I will not go to that office in Monahans again!

I felt as though the website should have walked me through the process of completely setting up the employee drug test. Also, $75 for a 5 panel test is ridiculous.

I called to see if an appointment was needed and was told no. When my employee got there they told her she needed an appointment and could not see her now

One of my candidates was sent by Health Street to a testing center that was no longer testing. This inconvenienced the candidate and slowed the process. I feel like testing centers should be vetted for participation prior to sending candidates. Also, there have been times where results have come very slowly. Otherwise I have had no real issues with using Health Street.

I actually really like the ease of service, you guys have that on lock!! Very easy to sign up, schedule, at the last minute, you really did a great job with that. I had hoped for results faster, but perhaps there isnt any help for that.
