My employee had to wait two hours in the waiting room filling out bunch of paper work in past (granted it was other location that for some reason was closed that day) my employee would walk in show the bar code get tested and walk out all within 30 minutes our drug testing are meant to be discreet is hard to be that when the employee is gone for over 2.5 hours I have always love that part of the service about the process and then I received an email saying is non- negative has to be sent to lab it will take 2 to 5 days then next morning I get the negative results so I emailed back asking for clarity, no respond to my email hoping that was just the problem with that location so most likely I will not be using that location all that said I have always loved using your company mainly because efficiency of the service provided hoping me sending my employees to different location will fix the service issue and time it takes to take the test

Online program instructions wasn't clear and intuitive, I struggled to get through it all.

Ran my first background check on a guy that was telling me he was on probation and the statewide search found absolutely nothing....explanation was either juvenile (he's 24 - so no), out of state (been here since he was 5 so no). No idea why it didn't show up that he is on misdemeanor probation.

We have used multiple drug testing companies, this is longest I have ever had to wait for results.

The process took a long time with one new hire, 3.5 weeks.

At first, I was very impressed with how easy it was to sign up and have an employee complete a drug screening. However, everywhere on the website and when I spoke to someone directly, it was indicated to me that negative test results would be returned within 48 hours and positive results would be sent within 5 days. I did not receive any results for 8 working days; 12 days total. This means I had to hold this employee's job in limbo for almost two weeks. I expected faster results.

I booked three appointments online. Two of the locations listed on Health Street, where I sent my employees, did not do collections. This cost me money and time. Why do you provide a list of locations that do not provide the service? Very dissappointing.

The donor had to go to 4 different test sites due to not allowing walk-ins. This lasted 2 days to find a facility that would take her. It was more of an inconvenience and did not end up being a "random" drug test. I do understand that due to Covid there may be collection sites that require an appointment, but Health Street should filter those out instead of having the donor go to 4 different locations.
