3 stars because the service is super easy to use. But also 3 stars because the initial info I received was that a negative test result takes 24-48 hours and a positive one takes up to 5 days. On the 6th day, I received a negative test result. Kind of confusing, especially when I am trying to run a business and relying on quality info. Honestly, I am starting the question the negative result now.

The first time I tried to send an individual for a pre-employment drug test, he went twice during normal business hours and reported that the location was closed - it was the week before Memorial Day weekend. That was disappointing, assuming the applicant was telling us the truth. It was also difficult to find a phone number to call so I could talk to a real person about it.

Not all of the Bronx locations as stated did pre employment drug testing. This was an inconvenience to my employee who went for drug testing and was old they did not process 5 panel.
