Much to improve on.
- Poor customer service agents, who are not friendly or wanting to help you. They speak rudely, and generally have a poor attitude over the phone. - Clinics listed on HealthStreet are often times not up to date with their hours which causes issues for the employees who are going for the testing, this falls upon HealthStreet to display the correct hours since you are the ones who display the clinic - Clinics listed and booked with HealthStreet often times decline employees for services, once the employee has already arrived at the testing location and has a booking confirmation in hand. This is extremely frustrating and it falls on HealthStreet to list the correct clinics, if a clinic does not perform the testing it shouldn't be listed. - Invoices are often times incorrect.
