I had a encounter with a gentlemen that apparently works for this company, He did not give his name during the conversation but I must say VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I myself work in healthcare, he calls my office VERY RUDE!!!!! To ask a question concerning a drug screen that a mistake was made on, but the way he spoke to me as employer to employer, even the way he spoke to a WOMAN at that was so uncalled for. This happened on 08/20/2025!

I paid my medical services and didn't receive all services performed. I had a horrible experience with this company. Next time I have another new hire in this area I will note not to use Health Street again.

Still havent been able to have our candidate complete the drug test. I am getting the run around and need a chain of custody form.

pathetic. i paid for a test that I do not want. Staff do not know about problems. They give out the wrong information, wrong emails, and do not know how to handle a problem In the end i am going to a lawyer and will expose your company

Employee was booked at one location, changed to another without a reason. Called company and advised they will change the registration code to go to any location. The employee even called themselves and was told the same thing. Then employee was told to go to another even further away location. This delayed our process for hiring and thus causing our company time and resources. Very disappointed considering the package pricing. Will not be using service again.

I did not realize it was going to take 3-4 weeks to get my results back for a simple urine test. Will not use again.

Health street did not administer the right test after I double checked with them twice.

Drug test not required in my current position. Work telecommute, pls consider waive this process.
