The only thing I do not like about your site is that you charge before the service is actually completed. Then, if something happens and the person never shows, we are out the money. Your customer support is iffy at best as I have tried to recoup money before on an unused order and no one ever responded to my email.

the instant is not very instant. I think labeling could be better.

Great company with great staff who are quick to answer phones and help us out! My only concern is getting background screenings that require notarized criminal release papers. The turnaround time is long enough that I have had to make multiple calls and emails to follow up and have lost 2 prospective new hires that took another job because they could not wait to start work and took the first job that would take them asap.

Everything was easy. My first time using I wasn't aware the new hire would get a message to go to the lab right away. That caught me (and them) off guard. Other than that, it was extremely user friendly and communication was great!

Would have liked better explanation of test coming back with positive results with a prescription med when I received email stating they needed to contact donor..

Great staff. Friendly, quick, accurate. For all the employees they had to handle, quick and efficient.
