I tried twice to take Hair Follicle test at a health street location. The first sample the sent to lab without a zip code. It got lost in delivery. The second sample was rejected because the testing center did not properly seal the envelope sample was in. I made repeated attempts to contact Health Street about a refund. I never got a response . Incompetent labs, unreachable customer service.

I’m in the driver DOT pool and my Company always got picked upáis every month, last time all my driver got picked up, 5 out of 5. How lucky I’m?

Hi Omar, I'm sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with the DOT Random pool picks, and it makes sense that you would be upset to get picked frequently. I want to assure you that our DOT Random pool selections follow the strict DOT guidelines for picks, so if your company is in a big pool (a consortium) with many other companies, you might get picked more or less frequently than other companies in the pool. You can rest assured that we don't do any manual picks; it's all the luck of the draw, as per DOT requirements. For example, we are not allowed to flag people that got picked so that they don't get selected again the following month or quarter. DOT wants it that way, so that nobody can ever be sure they won't get picked for a random drug test. Again, sorry for any inconvenience, and let us know if we can help in more depth over the phone. they lost my card on file and stopped calling me in witch could have caused major issues with my court and custody of my daughter. They had my contact but never tried to contact me. I had to call many times to get set up with them again and they were not helpful.

The results from the testing we paid for through Health Street was not accurate with the exception of cannabis. Our son was tested elsewhere and had many additional substances found in his system. Testing here was not accurate what so ever! Would not recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would. One of the absolutely most frustrating and aggravating experiences I've ever had. You're much better off going straight thru a doctor instead of these clowns.
