The first time I sent someone to be tested, the sample was compromised by being improperly packaged before sending it to the lab. The person had to return and give another sample. I couldn't get information on what the numbers means. I was told to talk to the lab, which wouldn't help me and referred to their website, referred me back to the site, told I had to pay an extra fee to get the levels, but still got no interpretation on what the numbers meant. I went to the website and found a chart for the alcohol levels. It was confusing, not straightforward and the only reason the testee returned for a re-test was so I could compare apples to apples. There should have been a disclosure up front that the cost of the test did not include levels or any interpretation of what the numbers mean, but then nobody would use your company.

I don’t think the tests were accurate. I tested negative for a substance that I take everyday (including the morning of the exam). I am prescribed this medicine and am positive I should have tested positive for this. When I called customer service they told me to call the doctor who signed off my test which was a dead end. Lady on the phone was rude.

Telephone operator quoted me the incorrect price and I had to pay more on location. Also, they gave me false timing estimates for my results. All in all I would not recommend this site nor use it again. Customer service however was efficient.

The front desk lady didnt have a mask on and I trusted that this place would have a standard to make sure new borns who are brought here for dna testing are safe since they dont have a immune system for 6 weeks. The name of the female is Becki i believe and the 2 male technicians who did the paternity test and the other customer in the lobby everyone had a face mask except for her. I would have been happy to give you guys 5 stars since the guys did a good job but Becki argued with me that she didn't need a face covering.

Healthstreet overcharges. A local clinic will do the same thing for half the price. The last test I had conducted through Healthstreet was for a prehire and it took over 2 weeks to get the result. I attempted to get a resolution through customer service and was met with apathy. Lost money waiting for test results for new hire. Healthstreet shouldn't advertise results in two days when it takes 20.

Completely un-knowledgeable about the local clinics and unable to provide appropriate assistance. In the future, we are going to deal with the clinics directly. Total waste.

This is the biggest joke I sent my wife into LabCorp for a hair follicle test she's hooked on meth so I made her take a hair follicle test at Labcorp she sends her friend in there with with my wife's ID lady at the front desk doesn't even ask who she is they look totally different she gets away with a positive hair follicle test cuz she said her friend in there with her ID and they didn't question it LabCorp sucks
