I am happy with the service that HealthStreet provides our company. Their phone Reps are friendly and professional. They are efficient and provide great customer service.

One issue: coordination with the local testing site was poor. Not sure if that was on Concentra's (test site) end or HealthStreet. The admin at Concentra turned our employee away on the first try, saying that they needed more info from the company. When I called, they asked questions as if they were setting up an account for us with Concentra directly. I told them that all payment was through HealthStreet. The admin didn't seem to know what I was talking about..had to move the conversation up to her supervisor. Employee then had to return a 2nd time to get tested. May want to review your training with the test sites using your service. Other than that, it was easy to set up an account, find a test site, and get results.

Easy way to scheduling, fast results available short period of time

took longer than expected to get test results (4 business days)

We have used Health Street when we have a project out of town that we are unable to use our usual service. Our experience has always been good. Get our results quickly. I would recommend them to anyone in areas where they have a presents.

I need the original copy of the results and they say they dont send it out. It costs 50 cents for a stamp! I need the original or I payed them for nothing!! Update: they are emailing me the hard copy now.
