I wish I could give zero stars. I took a date rape drug test that I purchased through Health Street (for $350). I received an email saying it would take 24 hours to reach the lab and then anywhere from 24 hours to 3-5 days for results. After 3 days I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out to customer support to make sure my test had reached the lab. I was told I would get confirmation when the test reached the lab. Today, 8/17, I receive a notice that the reviewing doctor canceled my test. So I get no results to a DATE RAPE DRUG TEST which is obviously really important and not something I can just retake to get the same results. I got no refund. No notice or explanation. I reached out to customer support a second time on 8/14 and STILL have not gotten a response. I can not recommend Health Street to anyone. I will ensure nobody I know uses this terrible service that is extending the pain I’m feeling in a way I didn’t think would be possible.

This was my first time using the service and I wouldn't recommend the Virginia beach site, The specimen was mislabeled and the candidate had to go a second time.

We have to call repeatedly for test results that were submitted sometimes 7 days prior (u/a testing). We are currently looking into other labs to use. Your turn around time is really unacceptable. Thanks

Rude Customer service - Lewis just hangs up on me! When it's not in his interests. Not very good business manners.

Apparently head hair was mixed with body hair and I just received a response stating canceled. I had to call in and was told this was due to the incorrect sample sent and they would set up for another appointment. Very expensive and I have to pay the employee for their time. I am extremely disappointed and will not use this company again. All in all I spent $225 for the test and a total of 5 hours (3 extra due to having to pay the employee so as of right now I have no results and am out of pocket $350

Was waiting on results over a week, then they told me they lost the sample in transit and didn't want to refund me money... Something like this never happened to me with quest diagnostics or med stop...

Did not send in my sample to the lab until days after I went in.

I am frustrated at the lack of communication.. I am signed up for random tests. Test centers are open from 8:00-11:00 then 1:00-3:00 pacific standard time (hours have not been affected by COVID). I have been notified as late as 11:00. It is often difficult to re-arrange my schedule. The testing facility I use, service continues to deteriorate.
