They are easy to use. The problem I have with them is that their drug test prices are to high.

I called when my person needed to reschedule and the person I talked to said it was fine- that he still had an open order so he could go anytime. When he went they said he didn't have an appointment. BUT they were a great help in getting him into another location which was 5 minutes down the road. Overall a good experience.

We needed to get drug screening done for our construction company employees as a requirement for accessing a job site. The on-line portion of the process (company registration, entering employee info & ordering the test) was user-friendly, easy to understand and fast. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the employee's info at the selected test site not being 100% correct. The test site staff got it corrected and the entire testing process took about 20 minutes. The tests were done on a Friday and we had the results by Sunday. Will definitely use Health Street and this particular test site again if needed in the future.

We have been using Health Street for over a year now for all of our background check and drug testing needs and requirements. The team has been very helpful and responds to inquiries quickly. We appreciate their support and assistance with coordinating these efforts!

Overall everything went very smoothly. I love the automated communication for both myself and my candidate. I paid more than I usually do for this kind of test.

The city I work for has used Health Street for several years. It has been easy, and I have had great customer service. I have to say I was a bit surprised to have the problem we did this time. I gave the employee the paperwork with the name of the lab and its location. He called the office a short while later saying the lab was closed down. I was surprised that Health Street did not know this, and sent him to that particular location. There was an alternate lab in another town he went to but this meant rescheduling etc. It was a minor inconvenience , I found it interesting that this slipped through the cracks. This will not make us change companies we will continue to use Health Street.

The process went smoothly. I thought I'd have a negative result back faster than Monday morning (test was on friday) but that was my misunderstanding. thank you.
