I can't see the result of my exam, it won't let me in, I try to reset my passport and nothing.

Portal not user friendly. Results taking way to long.

Customer service was very difficult to deal with. Hold times in excess of 2 hours. No one would ever call back. The employee spent many hours during work time trying to reach them as they requested. I had to send a few emails to get a reply.

Sample was mislabeled so our employee now has to rerun for another test.

I already wrote a review, so surprised you are asking for a 2nd. I was NOT happy with the amount of time it took to get results. We are a business that needs results sooner than almost 2 weeks. Very UNACCEPTABLE.

They don't know what's going on, sent me to a lab and they can't even get the information, they don't know how to work with the inependent labs or what's even going on

Not good it all cal a drivers 4 a 5 times a year and all test can clean . I think it’s just about business that’s it
