I honestly felt the third time I used it that it did a great job making the next day better. My sleep also was better. One thing I don't know if it had controls to change settings. As of now it seems I cannot control settings. Is this way it is?

Mine arrived broke, and I have not been able to contact them or get any satisfaction on a replacement.

The first unit I received had the audio port disconnected from the unit. No problem; the company replaced it in good time. The replacement also had a problem in that the micro usb port was loose. It was the plug in, like when I plugged the usb into the port, the connection remained loose and the usb came out on its own with barely a nudge. I contacted the company several times and didn't even receive an acknowledgement. Their lack of integrity makes me question the viability of the frequency part of the unit itself. Ugh. Don't buy from them. It's not worth saving $10 or $20 for the amount of aggravation afterwards.

Don’t buy this. Not only is this product a very cheap rip off of the original ones on the market but it also doesnt ship from the US. it ships from China. My package arrived smelling very strongly of some kind of chemical, which not only lingered theough my bedroom but also made me extremely nauseous, gave me headaches and airway issues. After further investigation I found out the protective case was covered in formaldehyde. Thankful my toddler didnt touch it. Even 8 hours later I’m still feeling quite unwell and have tightness in my chest and a cough. I immediately threw the protective case and all temporary packaging in the outdoor bin and wiped down everythimg and washed my hands when I found out what the chemical smell was. But even now my bedroom smells like toxic chemicals even after trying to ventilate it. The product itself is cheaply made. The tuning fork is also cheap light weight metal that doesn’t even vibrate as long as it should and the powder chord is so short that I’ll basically have to sit on the floor Because it won’t reach to me in bed or even on the couch. Absolute rip off scam company, over charging for a bunch of knockoff products full of poisonous chemicals from China. The breathing whistle is also different to the instructions and it does not have a detachable aroma therapy compartment. Save your money and out it towards a proper quality version of this product. Do not purchase from this company. Micro USB power port is exposed and very flimsy. Had it for 2 weeks then USB port broke off. Contacted company to be told there is no warranty after having a 1 year warranty on their web site. Was told to take it to a technician to get it repaired. What a waste of money and time. Do not purchase from this company.
