This is a scam.

Mine arrived broke, and I have not been able to contact them or get any satisfaction on a replacement.

Don’t buy this. Not only is this product a very cheap rip off of the original ones on the market but it also doesnt ship from the US. it ships from China. My package arrived smelling very strongly of some kind of chemical, which not only lingered theough my bedroom but also made me extremely nauseous, gave me headaches and airway issues. After further investigation I found out the protective case was covered in formaldehyde. Thankful my toddler didnt touch it. Even 8 hours later I’m still feeling quite unwell and have tightness in my chest and a cough. I immediately threw the protective case and all temporary packaging in the outdoor bin and wiped down everythimg and washed my hands when I found out what the chemical smell was. But even now my bedroom smells like toxic chemicals even after trying to ventilate it. The product itself is cheaply made. The tuning fork is also cheap light weight metal that doesn’t even vibrate as long as it should and the powder chord is so short that I’ll basically have to sit on the floor Because it won’t reach to me in bed or even on the couch. Absolute rip off scam company, over charging for a bunch of knockoff products full of poisonous chemicals from China. The breathing whistle is also different to the instructions and it does not have a detachable aroma therapy compartment. Save your money and out it towards a proper quality version of this product. Peace !

Do not purchase from this company. Micro USB power port is exposed and very flimsy. Had it for 2 weeks then USB port broke off. Contacted company to be told there is no warranty after having a 1 year warranty on their web site. Was told to take it to a technician to get it repaired. What a waste of money and time. Do not purchase from this company.

Buyer beware on this one!! I ordered a Healing Frequency Generator which was sent within a reasonable time. I was concerned when I opened the product because it was not very well constructed. It had an unprotected circuitry board with a micro USB power port exposed. I learned how to operate the device after reaching out 3 times to clarify the instructions and diagram, which did not match the device. (However, customer service was very responsive, quick and communicated clearly.) Finally, I felt I was using it appropriately and having some benefit. Unfortunately, the cord is rather short, as I have seen other customers post complaints about, and ithe device slipped from the bedside table. As i feared, the shoddy construction could not survive a soft bump against the mattress and soft carpet!! The exposed micro USB port was loosened by the USB jack attached and bent. I gently pressed it back down into place but it just fell off. I could not restore contact power again. The website advertises a 1 Year warranty. The incident occurred after 2 months of my ownership. I contacted them, told them I'd like to return my device and have it replaced, and asked how to go about that. I expected to pay the shipping to them. They informed me that I was past the 14 day return window and advised me to find an electronic technician to get it repaired at my expense. I DO NOT recommend this company nor do I recommend the product unless the buyer is willing to treat it like fragile glass and gamble on its destruction with regular and gentle use. Money NOT well spent!

It only emits one sound and no matter what frequency you try to set it at it doesn't change. The power plug appears weak, like.it will come lose if you plug and unplug too many times. No instructions, headphones seem cheap and you have to get the plug just right or it won't emit any sound out of one ear. This product looks very cheap, not worth it!

It arrived smelling STRONGLY of cigarette smoke. When I complained, the company told me it was just a manufacturing smell and would go away. Nope, it's definitely cigarette. And since I bought it for helping me sleep, the constant, bright white blinking light defeats that purpose. They told me to put a piece of tape over it. Which didn't block the light. So I tried the headphones option - and heard beeping with a constant shrieking noise like metal on metal. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.

Horrible craftsmanship a blue light one flashing white light doesn’t do anything advertised total waste of my money
