I am a practitioner who has her business listed on Heal.Me - my experience has been mixed. I didn't personally find the service worthwhile, but I am told I joined when they were still working on things. I had an issue with my membership that I couldn't solve with team, and once I wrote a bad review here, the founder called me. I'm adding a star because he seemed very genuine about wanting to help and rebuild trust. We did get the issue resolved, and they are offering more time on the site without payment in order to try again.

I scheduled a support call with Angie S. and was so pleasantly surprised with her level of expertise, patience, and kindness. Within 20 minutes I learned the answers to ALL of my questions of how to manage my own page, schedule appointments, upload photos, editing, and Angie discovered a glitch that has given me trouble and now would be fixed. I really appreciated this kindness and the integrity that Heal.me has. Thank you Heal.me
