Wish I’d looked at these reviews instead of the App market reviews. I signed up yesterday for a 14 day free trial and have immediately be charged the annual fee (£49.99). Knowing there are so many scams out there, I did screen shot the transaction and have confirmation of the 14 day free offer. I have reported it to Apple and requested a refund. It’s a shame people would rather waste their talents on scamming people than actually just providing a product they can be confident people will value and appreciate enough to spend the money on willingly. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS APP.

Absolute nightmare. Wasted an hour already on a VERY STRESSFUL process to get an app that is, ironically, supposed to help with stress. On my way to just deleting. Side note: Sick of the pointless and stupid AI “assistance” emails and the AT LEAST ten steps to create accounts, links accounts, bypass trials if using it as a “covered” service.

The website is absolutely ******** abysmal. I've used Headspace on and off for years and its never got better. Currently when I login it comes up with a broken we are having issues page and I can't use any other features onthe desktop website, been this way for 3 days... zero support on the issue. How a live site that people pay for can just accept their site being down unavailable for multiple days is beyond me.

Avoid this scam app. If you have an iPhone and delete the app it won’t go away. They somehow reinstall it all the time which should be highly illegal. Avoid!!!!

Used free trial and was unimpressed so cancelled after a few days. Showed as cancelled on the app and o took a screenshot. However I was billed at the end of the trial. Still trying to get a refund.

I just got a billed a hefty amount for an app I haven't used since trial began in December. I even canceled the trial on March 11 yet they billed me. The most scammy part is that you cannot access your profile because the wheel function does not work (took a screen shot). Hence I do not know under which email this trial began and I searched all of my emails, no trace of headspace. This is beyond scammy.

PREDATORY business. I signed up for the free trial and during that time I decided I did not want the service. They did not send an email to warn me that my trial was ending and that my card would be charged $69.99. They say they sent an email but I can't find it and never saw it. Upon receiving an email receipt with the $69.99 charge I IMMEDIATELY reached out to tell them I did not want the service and was not informed my trial was up. They said sorry but we can go ahead and cancel the renewal so you won't be charged again NEXT YEAR. What about this year? That's a lot of money for some people. I don't want the service. I feel scammed.

I thought I'd cancelled my subscription 2 years ago after they automatically renewed without informing me. Have suddenly started getting emails again and latest one says they will take payment for renewal when I don't even have a subscription! Went to website my account is showing as active and linked to my PayPal account. I've cancelled again - but this feels like harrassment.
