I used headspace for a year and did not realise my subscription was coming to an end. I contacted Headspace as soon as the £50 was removed from my account to cancel and despite not having used the app and had I opted to cancel, I would have only paid half price at £24.99 is appalling. I emailed on 3 August and on 5 August and I have still received no response. I proposed paying the 50% cost to retain my membership, however, I have simply been ignored. Avoid.

The customer service is lousy. It can take days for a simple email response. The AI assistant usually doesn't understand your issue or guides you to a nonexistent solution. The phone app and computer app don't cross-over.

Very scammy practices for what is supposed to be a wellness app. Clicked to try the free trial, was immediately charged for the year and they won’t refund my money. They’re essentially stealing money as a business strategy

Great platform but needs more meditations. Getting a bit stale

I've tried dozens of meditations and they are all almost EXACTLY the same, just with a different short introduction. Unfortunately, their formula does not work for me. Also, when I use their website, I get logged out in the middle of my meditation almost every time. I reported the issue and they told me to stop using the website.

I was offered a “14-Day Free Trial” prompted internally on opening the application. I decided to accept the offer and was immediately charged a year subscription with no free trial. I contacted Headspace who advised the free trial is a one off thing and apparently I had a free trial in 2021. However, nowhere in the offer did it state that you aren’t eligible if you have already had a free trial and if you aren’t eligible then you shouldn’t be offered a free trial. Headspace then didn’t provide any resolution and instead stated I need to follow up with Apple citing that is it Apple who initiate and manage the free trial and payment. This is false information as there is a difference between an Apple initiated free trial versus an application and this offer appears within the framework of the Headspace application. I was told to contact Apple for a refund - Apple have denied this request. So I am out of pocket $100 for an application I don’t find useful of which I would have discovered had I been given my free trial that was offered to me. This is the epitome of false advertising and deceptively misleading consumers. I wonder how many other customers have experienced this and how much profit Headspace is making from offering a free trial to their customers and then charging them immediately. I am not at all impressed.

It just doesnt work for me, no real value or benefit at all. I was expecting more.
