I already reviewed The Head Shop. At first, the USPS tracking on my shipment said the package was delivered to Lime, CT (which is not me). But later that day, I discovered the package had been delivered to my mailbox. USPS made things confusing. The Head Shop shipped my purchase in a timely fashion.

The airis 8 dip and dab pen is the biggest piece of crap I've ever bought. The straw attachment broke within 5 minutes and didn't heat up enough to begin with. The dab attachment hardly produces a cloud either. Do not buy!

I ordered a product then they sent an email saying they no longer carried it. But when I got my credit card bill I saw that I was charged for it. I contacted them and they are issuing credit but the charge should have never occurred and had I not noticed it on my bill I would have paid it.

Hi Lauren, thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. We are happy to clarify this. We appreciate you for taking our call a couple of days ago. As we discussed, we have processed your refund and you should receive an email confirmation. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We've also informed you that it takes 3-5 business days (varies per bank) before it gets credited back to your original mode of payment or credit card. You might need to contact your bank to discuss this further as we have already credited your refund. I hope this clarifies your concern. We appreciate your understanding and time. Thanks for being our customer!

Hi Debra, We would like to express our apologies that you had a negative experience with our product and services. We are happy to clarify. We understand you received 4 items out of Glass Shotgun Steamroller and you wish to send back the 3 items to get a refund because the products are too big. We are happy to explain. The product has clear information on the size. We acknowledge your concern and advise you to send back to rest of the 3 orders, unfortunately, we are unable to provide to cover the shipping fee in cases like this. As we mentioned before, you can ship your 3 orders once we received these we can then go ahead and process an item you wish to, higher than the amount of your original order. We are sorry it looks like this may not work for you. If you change your mind or anything else we might help with this order, please feel free to reach out to us. Thanks for being the Headshop customer!
