So glad to receive yesterday. I actually hooked it to my Stickman Landyard that I had been using. Used it to shower last night and I am well pleased. I will be buying another and let my DaVita Center know also.

I would have score lower, if I could have. The pads worked great when they came in the yellow butterfly box, these in the blue box , 1. much thinner and 2. the adhesive sticks to your butt(never happen before), if you though it when unnoticed , think again and why would you make them thinner, that defeats the main purpose.

Smooth logistics.

You gave me the wrong size. You gave me the ones that have a middle pad circle of 1 3/4” x 1 1/4”. I ordered L/XL expecting a larger center pad. You don’t even have a size that addresses center size when you advertise the item. You need to do that instead of confusing your customers.

Everytime i order my moms personal care items she needs i never had a problem when she got her order . It was packed nicely and everything was enclosed
