My mom wanted some real like underwear that had built in protection. Ordered 2 different pair to see which was more her fit. She liked one, but it was too tight on the waist, the other was sooo big 2 people could fit into it. We didn't realize we could not return if package was opened. I kind of get it, but I have bought undergarments in the stores and had to return because they were not the right fit. I just wish there had been an obvious message, maybe even a pop up to warn us that we wouldn't be able to return items once the package was opened. I don't know how you can find the right fit for such personal products without trying them on. It's not like they were real cheap either. My bad. Will not order from this company again.

Each time I have asked for something beyond my usual order they have been more than accommodating to my concerns and needs.

I have a doxy that is incontinent and we need pads to protect the bed when he sleeps. The pads were are using work well put one accident and in the wash it goes. These pads I bought from HDIS are very assorbant and greatly reduce any odors.When washed they wash up very nicely and maintain there softness.

You make being a caregiver easier because sometimes it is not easy to go shopping for someone with incontinence Your products are reliable and arrive in a timely manner.

Very easy to order online and very fast service. however, I would appreciate being taken off the call list. I'd rather just handle it online privately.
