I am the caregiver and am trying several incontinence products. I made a mistake when putting my payment account information and I received an email. I replied with the correction and an apology...and I was thrilled that my order must have gone through immediately and I received it very quickly! Quick home delivery is a lifesaver for me! I was very pleased with my first experience with HDIS!

I love their products and the quality is exceptional. They are prompt in delivery and their customer service team is attentive to out-going orders.

I WOULD OF BET $1,000 THAT THIS WOULD NOT WORK. i HAVE A BIG TOE WITH A TOE NAIL THAT IS GROWNIG OUTWOOD LIKE A SMALL TENT, AND HURT WHEN I TOUCHED THE NAIL. WELL, I WAS ABLE TO TRIM THE TOP OF THE NAIL WITH NO PROBLEM, NO PAIN. IT MADE THE NAIL SOFTER AND EASY TO CLIP. I COVER THE WHOLE NAIL AND LEFT IT ON OVERNIGHT. I AM TOTALLY AMAZED THAT THIS WORK AND NOW MY WORRIES ARE OVER AS I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME WALKING AND HAD TO CUT OUT SOME SLIPPERS TO OPEN UP THE TOE PART. THANKS HDIS.

Finding the product was easy. Ordering was easy. I paid for the three day shipping. When I received notice of shipment I tracked the shipment once a day until it arrived. It DID take three days for my package to reach Charlotte, but it took three more days for the package to actually make it to the community. It sat in Pineville (a suburb of Charlotte) for three extra days. I'm not sure if it was FedEx's problem or not. Maybe a change in carriers is in need.

Get supplies on a timely manner. When I had some questions about some creams, etc. The lady went above and beyond to recommend which one to use.

Great product, cannot find at stores, good price and fast ship. Will use again.

Occasional order mix-ups, but always handled quickly and cleanly. On the whole a pleasant company to deal with over the years.
