An HDIS representative called me and said that my future orders will be delivered within a 2-3 day window. I'm so thrilled for 2 reasons....1st that HDIS is a company that is very concerned that their customers are satisfied (which is unusual these days), and 2nd that they not only apologized for the long wait I had to get the products delivered, but that they took steps to correct this and promised faster delivery in the future. I've purchased two bed pads, a king size plastic protector and an ointment for my husband. All have been delivered discreetly. the pads are better than others because they don't roll up. the plastic sheet is very quiet. I put it on top of the pad so that I don't have to wash that when accidents happen. The pad is too large for my washer so I had to take it to the laudrymat which was frustrating. Very happy with the products I've received so far.

I like the tabbed briefs because they absorb and you can adjust the fit. They are comfortable.

I received the shipment in a damaged box. I refused to use the contents be cause they appeared to have been opened. A customer service agent promised to ship the most needed products via overnight mail. That did not happen and I was forced to buy the items locally.
