every item I have ordered has been exactly as described. the quality of the items is superior . I would recommend anyone who asked to use hdis for all their personal needs.

Several years ago I bought supplies from HDIS and found everything better than expected. Then I started buying my supplies in a local store, which was OK for a while. Now the Underwear pops open after a few minutes, if it does not pop open when putting on. Recently I ordered a Sample Pack from HDIS and am very pleased with how well made their supplies is made. I did not have any problems with the underwear popping open or leaking. Some of the items in the pack are not my "style", but I have found that many of the items are items I will be ordering in the near future!!!

We have used this company for over a year for our sons diaper needs. They are very great to work with, always friendly and helpful! The only improvement I would like to see is faster processing time for credits for returns.

these 2 people are very helpful but some of the other are not so good but I will still order items when I have the cash.i hope these 2 people stay there for a long time

Excellent service and affordable prices.

I wear a men's liberty bag which attaches to my penis. When the bag fills up it pulls down on the penis. Your shorts with a pouch holds the bag in position and is more comfortable especially in the summer when the uropants also a fine product is too warm especially when playing golf. I would suggest a deeper pocket to hold the bag and maybe a Velcro or zipper near the top of the pouch to prevent it from being pulled out during exercise

It is an awkward situation for me to deal with certain issues. These folks make it much easier. They seem to know their stuff and make me feel as though they have a caring ear to my problems. I feel well taken care of and am completely satisfied with their products and operations.
