Ordered for my father and had it shipped to him they sent it to his address but my city don't ask me how they did that. This was the first time I tried them and my last time. Then they wanted to ship more out charge my card again but I did have to pay for shipping and not credit my account until they make it back to the warehouse (not a good way to treat a new customer). Still haven't received my credit yet.

There are two of each kind and that made it easier to evaluate which one I liked best. Still evaluating and have more than one choice that would be good for my needs. Try it!!!!

I was sick and tired of asking family members if they were going to the store, and could they pick up supplies for me. They would answer that they went shopping already. What was I supposed to do, wear towels? Now I am in charge of when and where.

I have ordered from this company many times. My daughter has a bladder issue so we order diapers and pads to use on her bed. The pads have a tape strip that helps keep the pad I place. We have ordered for delivery to a vacation location and they coordinate the shipping so the products arrive when we asked. If you have questions about products they will send a sample and can answer most questions about the products. You can beat their prices, if you shop sales, but for day to day purchases their prices are in line. And you do not have to fill the car with bulky purchases such as diapers and pads--they deliver them right to the door.

Very efficient shipping of products, always quick and accurate. However, this time I ordered something new, some Tena pads, and they are way too big for my needs. It is hard to determine what size to order of things like this so I will have to go back to the site to figure out what size to try next time.
