I ordered something that had a photo of exactly what I wanted I received something else And the process to return it is a nightmare. I so hoped that this would be a long and convenient relationship I'm disappointed and waiting for my return labels.

Why send the package Fedex to the post office instead of directly to the home address. That adds two or more days to the delivery time.....

I have been buying supplies from HDIS for years with no problems. This order has not been delivered to date. I ordered it 8/7, today is 8/17 and it still is not here. That is an unacceptable amt of time to wait for the shipment to arrive.
